CONVEYANCING
Our Conveyancing Department has been in operation since July 1994 and is currently led by Fafa Pieterse and administered by Zunay Busato.
At present, the Conveyancing Department attends to:
- various estate agent’s transfer registrations and direct and/ or private clients
- transfer registrations of standard-, covering-, surety- and notarial bonds and bond cancellations, and
- specialised projects and developments in the affordable, RDP, GAP and Flisp market
- Opening of Townships, Sectional Title Registers, Subdivisions and Consolidations
On the technological front, the department is currently administered on GhostConvey, a software programme specifically designed to effectively meet the needs of Developers, Financial Institutions, Estate Agents and Private Sellers. The programme has been accepted by all the South African Deeds Offices, as well as all major Financial Institutions.
We currently receive bond instructions electronically from various major-league institutions which include, inter alia:
Absa Bank, Nedbank Limited, Standard Bank, First National Bank, SA Home Loans, and HIP Housing

LITIGATION
The High- and Magistrate Court Litigation is handled by a strikingly competent team consisting of Francois Barnard, Chané Burger, and Björn Barnard.
The Litigation Department’s Secretaries offer combined experience in Litigation in excess of 40 years.
This team is highly qualified with a valuable blend of experience and youth.
